Testing sample requirements:
Chain of Custody Form - Not required but strongly recommended to accompany any test sample having an evidentiary potential in a civil or criminal judicial suit Complete your personal questionnaire and submit with your test sample We require a minimum group of full length hair strands about a 1/4" in diameter when held between your thumb and finger. Using a safety razor, scissors, or straight edge cut the samples as close to the scalp or nape of the neck as possible. Since the hair strands are homogenous you can collect the sample from different areas depending on your hair style. Place the collected hair strand samples in a clean, unused, mailing envelope. Write your name, address, phone number, and email address on the face of the sample envelope. You may have been exposed to toxic pollutants unknowingly from the environment, your workplace, or by a human act of intentional poisoning. Nutrient deficiencies or toxin exposure can contribute to a myriad of health problems including varying degrees of physical and/or mental illness. Some cases of toxin or poison exposure, depending on the severity of exposure, can ultimately end in death. We specialize in hair strand testing both for nutrients plus detection of toxins, poisons, and heavy metals.
We require a hair test sample consisting of a group of hair strands about 1/4 of an inch in diameter when held between your finger and thumb. The root or follicle does not need to be attached. The length of the hair strands should be submitted as is. More on sample collection and shipping.
