Attention New York State Residents: New York State Law requires that all DNA paternity tests including a participant who resides in the State of New York must include a Doctor's prescription (or a court order) and a documented chain-of-custody for all the specimens. Personal and/or anonymous DNA testing is prohibited in the State of New York.

Chain of Custody by definition is the unbroken trail of accountability that ensures the physical security of test samples, data, and records having evidence potential in a civil or criminal investigation.

Paternity sample collection under Chain of Custody eliminates any doubt as to who the sample donors are.  Pictures of the sample donor and an acceptable form of I.D. are collected in support of Chain of Custody  Paternity test amples collected with Chain of Custody are customarily supported by our judicial  system.  A private paternity test allows the sample donors, without any proof of identity, to submit saliva samples for paternity testing.   Paternity test samples collected without Chain of Custody are not supported by our judicial  system.

Attention residents of El Paso, Douglas and Pueblo County, CO

In-home third party DNA sample collection services are available for your convenience and privacy. A third party sample collection is required to fulfill the "Chain of Custody "requirements of the courts regarding potential paternity suits.  Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Whether you reside in Colorado, anywhere in the US or in a foreign country we can assist you with locating a third party sample collection facility to meet your "Chain of Custody" DNA sample collection needs. The samples will then be mailed to our lab to undergo DNA extraction, profiling, and reference.

Our average test results turn around time is three (3) to five (5) business days, most cases.  You will receive our certified test results by email or phone which will later be followed up with the original hard copy by regular mail.
